VASS Exhibitors, Sponsors, and Partners receive complimentary registrations to the VASS Spring Conference as part of their Exhibitor fee, Sponsorship fee, or Partnership dues.

Exhibitors may register ONE representative to attend the conference at no cost.

Sponsors may have up to TWO representatives attend the conference at no cost.

Associate Partners may send TWO representatives at no cost, Senior Associate Partners may send up to THREE representatives at no cost, Partners may send up to FOUR representatives at no cost, and Senior Partners may send up to FIVE representatives at no cost.

Exhibitors, Sponsors, and Partners who wish to have ADDITIONAL representatives attend the Spring Conference are welcome to do so, at the cost of $600 per representative.
 
The deadline for registering all additional representatives (using the form below) is Friday, April 26. 

In the registration form (below), required fields are indicated with a red asterisk.  Mistakes made in completing the form will be highlighted in red.

Once you have submitted the registration for each representative, the person or people whom you have designated to receive a confirmation email should see that email (with registration information included) within 24 hours.
 
If you would like to pay now by credit card or PayPal, you will be provided with a link to the VASS online payment portal after you submit your registration.
 
If you do not pay by credit card at registration, the person on the registration form whom you have identified as the billing contact will receive an invoice for payment via email, and will be asked to submit payment BEFORE the Spring Conference is held. 
 
If a purchase order number is provided on the registration form, it will be referenced on the invoice.
 
Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to Liza Scallet, the VASS Administrative Assistant, by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 26 . . . or you will be billed in full.
