VASS Partners, Sponsors, and Exhibitors receive complimentary registrations for representatives to attend the Spring Conference as a benefit of Partnership or as part of their Exhibitor and/or Sponsorship fee.

Exhibitors, Sponsors, and Partners are asked to complete the Spring Conference registration form below for EACH of their complimentary representatives.

Exhibitors may register ONE representative to attend the conference at no cost.

Sponsors may have up to TWO representatives attend the conference at no cost.

Associate Partners may send TWO representatives at no cost, Senior Associate Partners may send up to THREE representatives at no cost, Partners may send up to FOUR representatives at no cost, and Senior Partners may send up to FIVE representatives at no cost.

Exhibitors, Sponsors, and Partners who wish to have ADDITIONAL representatives attend the Spring Conference are welcome to do so, at the cost of $600 per representative.

Please contact Liza Scallet, the VASS Administrative Assistant, for a link to the Additional Representative Registration Form (which requests Billing Information and provides a Payment Portal for the $600 registration fee for each additional representative).

The deadline for completing a separate registration form for EACH of your representatives to participate in the VASS Spring Conference is Friday, April 26. 

In the registration form (below), required fields are indicated with a red asterisk.  Mistakes made in completing the form will be highlighted in red.

Once you have submitted the registration, the person or people whom you have designated to receive a confirmation email should see that email (with registration information included) within 24 hours.
