2026 Winter Conference

The 2026 VASS-VASBO Winter Conference is January 4-January 6 at the Richmond Marriott Downtown.

The VASS-VASBO block reservation has expired.
If you still need to book at hotel reservation, you can go directly to the Richmond Marriott Downtown website at Richmond Marriott (Official Site) – Downtown Richmond Hotel.

Self parking:
- If you are coming up East Marshall Street (a one-way street), continue straight past North Fifth Street and turn left into the garage.
- If you are coming south on Fifth Street (a one-way street), turn left on Marshall and then turn immediately left into the parking garage.
  On the third level of the garage, there is a walkway directly to the hotel.
Valet parking:
- If you are coming toward the hotel from E. Marshall Street, turn right on N. 5th street. Valet is
  just on the left.
- If you are coming toward the hotel from E. Broad Street, turn right into valet before crossing N.
  5th street.

Registration Deadline is December 15.
Late Registration, if space is available, is $50 in addition to the regular registration cost.
Registration fees are non-refundable after 4 p.m. on December 15.
