Virginia’s School Performance and Support Framework brings greater visibility to four critical dimensions of student success: Mastery, Growth, Readiness, and Graduation. But seeing the results is only the beginning.
In this interactive session, district leaders will explore how digital systems and analytics can help turn accountability measures into an ongoing improvement strategy. We’ll examine how districts can connect data across the four components, move from lagging indicators to earlier signals of student need, identify patterns and root causes, and translate insight into targeted action.
Participants will leave with practical ideas for using technology not simply to report performance, but to understand what is driving it, focus resources and supports, and build a more connected approach to continuous improvement.
