The VASS Executive Thought Partner Services Pilot offers a confidential, trusted space for experienced superintendents (three years or more as a superintendent) to think strategically, test ideas, and gain perspective alongside a veteran or former superintendent who understands the realities of the role and has experience in your targeted area of support.

Superintendents Seeking an Executive Thought Partner:
Each participating superintendent is matched with a trained VASS Executive Thought Partner for three confidential sessions, offered at no cost during the pilot phase.
Requests are now open for a limited number of superintendents.
Engagement Model
- Three sessions of focused, confidential support
- Virtual, phone, or in-person (as needed)
- No cost to superintendents during the pilot phase
- Pilot available for up to ten superintendents
Superintendents Applying to be an Executive Thought Partner
Compensation
- $1,500 total per engagement ($500 per session)
- Executive Thought Partners may work with up to two superintendents
Executive Thought Partner Selection Process
Eligibility
- Current VASS Executive Coach
- Minimum of 5 years as a superintendent
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more targeted areas
