  • The hotel block code will be provided in the confirmed submission page of your registration. The hotel block cutoff date is December 14, or when the block is full, whichever comes first. The block will likely be full before the cutoff date, so don’t delay in reserving your hotel room!
  • The hotel block is for registered attendees only. Please register first before booking a room.
  • If the block is full before you are able to book a room, an alternative site is the Hilton Richmond Downtown, 501 East Broad Street, just across the street from the Richmond Marriott.

  • Registration deadline is December 1. A $100 late fee will be applied to the registration fee after this date, if space is available.
  • The cancellation deadline is December 1. After this, we provide the final numbers for food and space to the hotel and will be charged for the number of attendees. We are unable to refund attendees who cannot cancel before this date. However, you may send someone else in your place.
  • Attendees can conveniently park at the SP+ Parking lot at 500 East Marshall Street. Valet parking is also available. Click here for parking tips.
  • The main event of the conference is on the first floor/street level. Breakout sessions, reception, and other meetings are held on the lower level (access by elevators or escalator). Click here for the floor plan.
