AASA Transportation Sponsor

 Event description: VASS hosts a reception and dinner during the national AASA conference each year. The event size is up to 80 people, depending on the capacity of the venue VASS reserves. This is an invitation only event, open to superintendents who rsvp in advance and businesses who are paying sponsors of the event. VASS has arranged for two charter buses to transport attendees from the AASA conference center to the VASS dinner and back to their hotels afterwards. 

Sponsorship benefits:

• One attendee for dinner
• 1 minute to make remarks during dinner
• Recognized by name and logo in advance of event in VASS newsletter
• List of attending superintendents and email addresses
• Joins VASS staff to assist and greet riders on VASS-arranged charter bus from conference to reception (plus receives all additional benefits above).
