Business Membership

Any business or organization deemed by the VASS members and/or VASS staff to be in good standing with the organization is eligible to become a VASS Business Member.

There are seven different levels of membership in VASS from which companies can choose.

Level One is the Standard Business Affiliate Membership, which is required for businesses that wish to participate in any event that VASS sponsors.

Businesses can choose to support VASS to a greater extent by selecting to become a Sponsor (Level Two), Associate Partner Without Exhibit Booth (Level Three), Associate Partner (Level Four), Senior Associate Partner (Level Five), Partner (Level Six), or Senior Partner (Level Seven).

Membership runs for a full calendar year in one of three cycles:

• April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026
• October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026
• December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026

The billing cycle for membership renewal is as follows:

• For partners whose renewal date comes after the Winter Conference and before the Spring Conference, invoices will be sent by March 1, with payment due by April 1.
• For partners whose renewal date comes after the Spring Conference and before the Fall Conference, invoices will be sent by September 1, with payment due by October 1.
• For partners whose renewal date comes after the Fall Conference and Before the Winter Conference, invoices will be sent by November 1, with payment due by December 1.
