Morning Breakout Sessions: You can choose from topics that discuss retirement planning, health insurance and benefits, and crisis planning and response. No signup required. 

Masterminds: These small group sessions are personalized to meet the needs of veteran superintendents, finance officers, and other specific educators attending the VASS-VASBO Winter Conference. Space is limited and open only to registered attendees who are current superintendents, finance officers, or Virginia Education Legislative Liaisons (VELLs). All sessions take place at the same time, so you only need to sign up for one. 

Afternoon Breakout Sessions: If you don't attend one of the Masterminds, don't worry. We still have plenty of options for you.  Choose from one of these breakout sessions around communications, budgeting, and finance. No sign up required. 

All conference attendees are required to register through the online registration system.

The registration deadline is Friday, December 20, 2024.

Cancellation Policy: Registrations may be cancelled until December 20, 2024. To cancel your registration for this year's conference, please do so online through the link in your confirmation email or email c.babb@vassonline.org. Any cancellations received after December 20, 2024 will not receive a refund.

Late Policy: If space allows, registration may be accepted after the deadline for an additional $100 fee.

Business Partner Checklist: 

• Level 4-7 receive a table in our vendor area as well as access to sessions and meals offered as a part of the conference registration. Level 1-3 partners do not receive an exhibitor table, but will receive access to sessions and meals offered as part of the conference registration.
• Exhibition space set up- Partners will be able to set up booths on Sunday, January 5th beginning at 2pm. Please have booths fully set up by 7am on Monday, January 6th. Exhibition spaces include a six-foot table and two chairs. 
• Electricity- All exhibitors (Levels 4-7) can reserve electricity for $55. To reserve electricity for your table, please do so through the online registration system.
• Shipping- Any exhibitor wishing to ship materials to the Richmond Marriott Downtown ahead of time, should coordinate directly with the hotel. • 30-second video- VASS's Level 3-7 partners may submit a 30-second video to be played during the conference. VASS will play the same video we have played at previous conferences. However, if you would like to submit a new video, the video must be downloadable and no longer than 30 seconds. Please submit your new video here by December 1, 2024.
