WHAT
VASS hosts a reception and dinner during the national AASA conference each year. This is an invitation only-event, open to superintendents who RSVP in advance and businesses who are paying sponsors of the event.

WHO
Superintendents and a guest, such as a spouse, partner, or member of their administrative team. Space is limited, and we want to ensure we can accommodate as many superintendents as possible, so at this time we only have space for one guest per superintendent.

TRANSPORTATION
VASS has arranged for two charter buses to transport attendees from the AASA conference center to the dinner and back to hotels afterwards. Buses will pick up attendees at the conference site at 5:30 p.m.
