VASS is back in Richmond on October 27-29 with a program featuring speakers and sessions designed around the feedback and requests provided directly from our membership and professional learning committee. We will also continue our legislative focus with fireside chats from members of the General Assembly and review, discussion, and vote on legislative priorities for the 24-25 year.

Conference Deadlines and Refund Policy

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 25
ATTENDEE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: October 11
LATE REGISTRATION FEE: $100 (in addition to the registrant’s initial cost). Late registration will be accepted if space is available.
CANCELLATION/REFUND DEADLINE: 4 p.m., October 11
REFUND POLICY: After October 11, requests for a refund of the registration fee may not be granted, as VASS has already included all registrants in the meal count. If a registrant is unable to attend, they may send a member of their team in their place.

Only current VASS Superintendent Members and designees, VASS Retired Superintendent Members, VELLs, and current VASS Business Members may register.
